Responsibilities: Train, manage, and direct billing staff; assist with billing and E.H.R. software issues; troubleshoot billing problems; collaborate with E.H.R. vendors and IT; develop reports; perform month-end closing; monitor cash flow and accounts receivable; provide system administration; resolve payor issues; develop training materials; monitor staff performance; maintain relationships with outside agencies; stay current with E.H.R. technology; and perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications: High school diploma or GED (degree preferred); thorough understanding of healthcare billing; proficiency in E.H.R. software and billing platforms.
